Scarves for Cancer Patients

Whilst visiting a friend who was about to start chemotherapy as part of her treatment for breast cancer, she expressed her frustration at the lack of suitable headwear for people in her situation.

What was required is a scarf that was cheery and colourful, comfortable to wear and most importantly would stay on!

Determined to create something that met all these requirements I set to work on the trusty old sewing machine and after a few attempts came up with the ChelleyJay scarf.

Using quality cotton and silk fabrics, they are light and comfortable to wear and with a built-in headband they will stay in place throughout the day.
